How Do You Cook a Turkey?

   Our class wrote recipes  about the Thanksgiving turkey and how their family prepared them.  We hope you enjoy reading  our recipes.

       One day I went with my Dad to Wal Mart.  It weighed 10 pounds.  We put it in the oven to cook for 3 1/2 minutes.  Then we ate it.

      My Dad shot a turkey.  My mom cook a turkey.  But my mom didn't know how.  I washed it with a brush and it weighed 10 pounds and we took the guts out of the turkey.  We cooked  it and we had a happy Thanksgiving.

       I bought it at Wal Mart.  It weighed 5 pounds.  I cooed him for 10  minutes.  I cooked him in the oven.  Me and my Nana ate him.  I brushed off he's feathers.

          One day I went with my dad and we hunted deer and turkey.  This is how we cooked it.  We go in the woods and get a big gun.  I get a BB gun.  We strip it on a stick and carry it home and wash our hands and put it on 75 degrees.  It weighed 80 pounds.  We put it in the oven.  We cut the feathers off and cut the guts out.  We made sure it is good to eat.

          I got my turkey from Krogers.  My turkey weighed 3 pounds.  My mom put it in the oven .  Now I can eat it all up.

          My dad shot it by getting a big net.  He saw it in our garage.  We cooked it for 8 and half minutes.  It was 22 pounds.

             I went with my dad.  I shot it with my dad's gun.  It was 100 pounds.  We brought it home and we put it in the oven.  We put it on for 100 minutes.  We ate it with dressing.

             My daddy killed a turkey.  It weighed 16 pounds.  I put it in the oven.  I set it on 30 seconds.  I ate it.  It was good.

              First I will go and kill it then I will pull all of his feathers off  and wash his feathers off and wash it then I will cut it in half.  I turned the stove on five minutes.  It weighed 16 pounds.  It was a big turkey.  We ate it.
